3. Subscription Information
TranslateHub offers all users a chance to try the add-on for free: each new account receives up to 500 characters of translation without requiring a subscription.
The trial limit is granted once per account. After reaching this limit, a paid subscription is required to continue using the full functionality.
4. Data Retention
Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Once no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
TranslateHub does not transmit or store your spreadsheet content in Google Cloud. All translation processing is performed securely via the DeepL API.
5. Our Commitment to Security
We employ a comprehensive set of technical and administrative safeguards. Payment information is securely processed through Stripe, a trusted global provider.
6. Limited Use and Google API Data
Translate Hub’s use of information received from Google APIs strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not use your data to train generalized AI/ML models.
What is DeepL?
DeepL is an advanced AI-powered translation service known for its exceptional accuracy. Data is transmitted over encrypted channels and content is not stored, in accordance with DeepL’s privacy policy.
