Instructions: How To Download Digital Files | SpreadsheetsHub
Thank you for choosing SpreadsheetsHub for your digital product needs. Please follow the steps below to download your digital files:
Delivery to Your Email
After completing your purchase, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can immediately download your product. Additionally, we will send an email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a secure link for downloading your digital files. Please check your inbox for this message.
Check Spam or Promotions Folder
If you don’t see the email in your inbox right away, please check your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes, the email may be filtered there, especially with Gmail. Be sure to look in these folders as well.
Downloading Troubleshooting
If clicking the download link does not start the download, try using a different web browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try Microsoft Edge or Firefox instead.
Mobile and Tablet Devices
Please note that many mobile and tablet devices may not support direct downloads through links. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop PC to download the file. After downloading, you can transfer the file to your mobile or tablet via email, Dropbox, or another transfer method.
Selecting Download Location
When you click the download link, you’ll be asked where to save the file on your computer. By default, files are saved in your "Downloads" folder.
Additional Notes:
- If you do not have a PDF reader, you can download Adobe Reader for free here.
- To use Google Spreadsheets, you will need a Gmail/Google account and be logged in.
