3. Template Modification & Compatibility Disclaimer

All templates purchased from Spreadsheetshub.com are delivered fully functional and exactly as described at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for, and cannot provide support for, issues caused by any of the following actions:

  • Modifying design elements (fonts, colors, layouts, or theme settings).
  • Adding or removing rows, columns, or entire sheets beyond the original structure.
  • Replacing or altering built-in charts.
  • Opening or converting Excel files via Google Sheets, causing formatting or functionality issues.
  • Opening or converting Google Sheets or Excel files via Apple Numbers or other third-party apps.
  • Deleting or changing formulas, pivot tables, or validation rules.
  • Using outdated or unsupported spreadsheet software.
  • Merging templates with other files or importing data in ways that disrupt functionality.

We offer the SpreadsheetsHub Annual Membership, which provides ongoing access to templates and member-only benefits. Membership is a recurring annual subscription billed once per year.

What You Receive

  • Lifetime access to every template you have already obtained while your membership is active.
  • Up to 5 template selections per year — you can choose them all at once or spread them across the year.
  • All future updates to the templates you obtained.
  • Priority/VIP support from our team.

Billing & Renewal

  • The Annual plan is billed once per year at $47 (≈ $3.99/month).
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date. After cancellation, access to member services (template selections, future updates, VIP support) continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Templates you have already obtained remain available to you with a lifetime license (subject to our standard license terms); we do not revoke delivered files.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and access is delivered immediately after purchase, payments are non-refundable. This aligns with applicable consumer laws for digital content. For details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Changes & Upgrades

  • Currently, only the Annual plan is offered. Any future plan changes or new membership options will be announced in advance and will not affect the terms of a period you have already paid for.
