Since all our products are digital, purchases are final and non-refundable once the files are delivered. This policy aligns with international consumer protection standards, including the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Article 16(m) (EU law) and the U.S. FTC guidance on Refunds & Returns.

⚖️ Legal Note: Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once access is provided immediately after purchase and the consumer has been informed. Our policy reflects this standard.
Exceptions
- Defective/Not as Described: Refunds may be granted only if the digital product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description. Please contact us within 48 hours with details, and we will address your concern promptly.
- Delivery Issues: If you did not receive your purchased files due to technical errors, contact us and we will resend the product.
