Terms of Service for Sheet Optimizer

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Sheet Optimizer add-on ("Add-on"), developed by SpreadsheetsHub ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.
2. Description of Service
Sheet Optimizer is a Google Workspace add-on designed to assist users in formatting, cleaning, and analyzing data within Google Sheets. The Add-on provides tools such as theme application, data cleaning, duplicate management, and formula protection.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account credentials.
- Data Backup: While Sheet Optimizer aims to improve your workflow, data manipulation carries inherent risks. We strongly recommend backing up your spreadsheets before using the Add-on to perform bulk data modifications (e.g., deleting duplicates or splitting text).
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Add-on for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Permissions and Privacy
The use of the Add-on requires granting specific permissions to access your Google Sheets. By using the Add-on, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Add-on, including its code, design, logos, and interface, is the intellectual property of SpreadsheetsHub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Add-on without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Add-on is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SpreadsheetsHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Add-on's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpreadsheetsHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, or inability to use, the Add-on, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
